Experience
Mr Lim has been in legal practice for over 30 years. Amongst many other legal services, the core of the firm revolves intensively around conveyancing, corporate matters and banking, tackling multiple sectors.
Regularly dealt with conveyancing matters are sale and purchase of immovables, including but not limited to housing schemes, land, commercial and industrial properties.
Corporate matters of active involvement include general corporate advisory and drafting of joint venture agreements pertaining to housing projects and cross-border mergers and acquisitions etc.
His banking and finance practices include conventional and Islamic finance as well as acting for financial institutions and borrowers on a wide variety of commercial, residential and corporate banking transactions.

Ms. Lim Yuanting
Associate specialised in Conveyancing, Corporate Commercial, Wills, Trusts & Probate
Yuanting has assisted in a number of corporate exercises in relation to take-overs and mergers and other equity capital raising on Bursa Malaysia, joint ventures, corporate restructuring exercises as well as cross-border corporate and commercial transactions. She has also been involved in corporate advisory work on, among others, foreign direct investments, financing, derivatives, employment law and regulatory compliance under Malaysian law.
Yuanting has experience in conducting due diligence exercises as well as preparing and reviewing various corporate, transactional documentations, legal opinions and due diligence reports.
She is currently handling matters pertaining to corporate transactions and conveyancing, in particular, sale and purchase of immovable including housing schemes and security documentation for loans as well as other banking facilities.
